Our specialised PoSH Practice Group provides end-to-end legal advisory, compliance, and dispute resolution services under India’s PoSH Act, 2013.
We assist companies and entities in building safe, compliant, and inclusive workplaces. Our experienced team handles policy drafting and review and the constitution of Internal Committees (ICs), and we provide qualified legal experts to act as the mandatory independent External Member on ICs. Our team acts as the independent External Member on ICs and guides IC members through complex investigation procedures, ensuring adherence to the PoSH Act and the principles of natural justice.
Litigation Support is another area where we represent corporate clients and management in judicial forums including High Courts during PoSH-related challenges.
The team is well equipped to conduct health checks on statutory documentation, annual report filings, and SHe-Box registrations. We also have trainers delivering executive-level sensitisation workshops and specialised training modules for IC members and people managers.
